This facility looks very similar (almost identical) to the one north of beijing that is being used as the avaition museum. the arrangement of having a main airbase with a long taxiway and large underground hanger is identical.
I have been to the museum north of beijing and the underground tunnel through the hill was about 50 metres across and about 300 metres long.
