the most historic thing about arvi is Shakuntala Exp,a train which runs upto pulgaon. its a 35 km stretch.earlier it used to take 3.50 hrs for the journey,but now with diesel engine being there,it takes 1.15 hrs only!! till recently,all the finances were looked upon by the british govt,as they considered the train as a souvenier to the replublic of india. with its Malgudi days style railway stn n 7-8 stops in betn the journey,all of 35 kms,travelling by shakuntala is an experience in itself. journey becomes the destiny really...
