this village is located in the area where Maharana Pratap spent his time in jungle while fighting with the Moghul Emperor Akbar. It is surrounded by the Meena (Bheel) tribes basically enganed in labour works in rich one's farms. village was founded by the Sisodiya Rajas around 150 years back.
