Rublyovskaya Riviera is a high rise apartment complex, located at 15a, Third Cherepovskaya Ulitsa.
The complex will comprise not only 220,000 sq.m of residential houses, but also health care institutions (30,000 sq.m) and a hotel (7,000 sq.m), landscaped nearby area. The infrastructure will comprise fitness center, kindergarten, shops, children’s playground, recreation areas, community services, available not only to the residents, but also to the personnel and visitors of the State Institution “Russian Cardiology Scientific and Production Complex” of the Federal Agency for the Healthcare and Social Development.
The investments will amount to at least 400 million dollars. The complex is planned to be put in commission by the end of 2009
